By this sales order it is confirmed to accept the terms of delivery and the terms of payment of Van Gils Trading. After the sales order a confirmation email will be sent to the client. At the same time this is a confirmation of the sales order. If this confirmation email is not received, contact by telephone with Van Gils Trading is requested.
All prices on the Website of Van Gils Trading are in Euro’s (€), including, and excluding VAT. Van Gils Trading charges transport costs for all sales orders as indicated on the website. These prices apply for all orders within the Netherlands. Delivery costs outside of the Netherlands deviate. Van Gils Trading will contact clients who have deviating prices.
Van Gils Trading will sent the sales orders as soon as possible after having received the payment for the sales orders. Van Gils Trading will inform the client whenever a sales order is not stocked. In this case the client will be informed about the expected term of delivery. When a product is not available anymore, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be credited. Van Gils Trading preserves the right to cancel sales orders in case of late payment or when payment has not taken place.
Van Gils Trading is not accountable and responsible for damage or loss during transport of sales orders. When a client wants to return or swap a product contact by telephone or via email has to take place within 10 days. The sales orders can only be returned unutilized and in original packaging including a copy of the bill including bank data. Furthermore the sales orders must be sufficiently stamped. Returned products, which are not sufficiently franked, will not be accepted. If the orders are received according to above written terms, Van Gils Trading will return the purchase price to the client excluding the transport costs and on the occasion of swapping Van Gils Trading will sent the other product. Van Gils Trading has the right to charge transport costs for the swapped product. If Van Gils Trading, has designed sales orders especially for one particular client these products can not be returned or swapped.
Van Gils Trading will guarantee damages and losses of the product, which are not caused by carelessness or client’s fault, until six months after purchase. The client has the right to free replacement of components of the product within a reasonable amount of time. Transport costs need to be paid by the client.
